We have just done the 4th Transnational Living Lab of the e-SMART project in Ljubljana.
It has been a very interesting meeting. We got an overview of the status of the project and the coming updates by Crisitina Cavicchioli from RSE.
After that, we could hear from highest level speakers, examples and solutions relating to infrastructure for the electrification of goods and public transport.
In particular, Marco Zanini of the TTG – Torinese Trasporti Group – who brought his experience in the management of electric bus fleets.
Then Szymon Pyzik, CEO of Codognotto Austria – who spoke about “Sustainable trends in freight transport and logistics in the Alpine area: from the requests and expectations of freight forwarders, to supplier investments in vehicles and digitalization”.
We also had Mitja Klemenčič, from the University of Maribor who showed us how to take cooperation forward.
And then Ursa Hribernik from LIT Transit, talked about open public transport systems and data driven approatoch to connecte and ellectrify fleets.
The last speech was from Milena Černilogar Radez from the Slovenian Ministry of Infrastructure who talked about Slovenian plans for the electrification of the territory.
