TSCAI stipulates Memorandum of Understanding with Italian and foreign associations and companies.
TSCAI’s goal is to promote digital knowledge and culture. We believe that collaboration and the sharing of knowledge are the basis for achieving our goal.

TSCAI and Cities Today Institute have an agreement to exchange the knowledge among and for cities.
The Cities Today Institute assists community leaders as they design and implement policies, strategies and projects by providing training and leadership forums, peer-to-peer mentoring, a library of shared research and resources, and funding partnerships.
MASTERCARD
TSCAI and Mastercard sign a MoU, in which Mastercard recognizes TSCAI as a leading innovator and modeler that is increasingly important for the development of smart cities.
The partnership contemplates TSCAI joining City Possible, a public-private partnership model pioneered by Mastercard to promote thought leadership, co-development, prototyping and scalability of emerging technology solutions.
With this MoU TSCAI and Mastercard will establish a collaboration program focused on the following areas: data analysis, technological innovation and connectivity, sustainable and inclusive growth and digital accessibility.
FIWARE
FIWARE Foundation is the independent legal body that provides shared resources to help achieve the FIWARE mission, namely to develop an open sustainable ecosystem based on FIWARE software platform standards, standards that must be public, royalty-free and implementation-driven, which will facilitate the creation of intelligent applications in multiple industries. Using FIWARE technologies, you can seize the opportunities that are emerging with the new wave of digitalization brought by combining the Internet of Things with Context Information Management and Big Data services.
FIWARE and TSCAI aim to promote and spread the culture of digitization of our communities and to support the adoption of the FIWARE-based Data Management System in Public Administrations and Public Companies in order to consolidate new and numerous Smart Applications. Both organisations agree on the importance of continuous international dialogue and the sharing of knowledge and skills to identify and disseminate the best experiences and models.
Digital Transformation Institute
Digital Transformation Institute – onlus aims to support, through study and research activities, the understanding of the methods, characteristics and lines of development of a society and an economy supported by digital. Digital Transformation Institute and TSCAI support research activities in the field of digital transformation with respect to urban development models, with respect to the impact on value creation chains, the economy and society.
Lumi4innovation
LUMI4innovation is the information portal dedicated to the use of technologies in smart city and smart building applications. The portal is committed to spreading a greater culture of digitization and energy efficiency in public administrations by promoting networking within the smart city ecosystem.
ROMA START UP
Roma StartUp is an association founded in 2012 with the aim of becoming the Mediterranean hub for innovative startups. It is proposed as a place for exchange and discussion on issues related to innovative business.
Roma StartUp and TSCAI are mutually associated and undertake to support discussions for the development of an integrated smart system.
ITALY CHINA-LINK
Italy-China Link connects the Italian and the Chinese excellences in any field with the purpose of creating an intersciplinary network and represent the licit interest of their associates among the institutions and the international and national stakeholders in Italy and China.
ICLA and TSCAI agree with the goal of promoting the culture of digitalization among the members of their networks, helping the competitiveness of private and public companies and local authorities, increasing the partnership between institutions in China and Italy especially in the area of smart city initiatives.
DAMA – Data Association Management Italy Chapter
DAMA is the leading international organization for data management professionals, the Italian chapter of the International Data Management Association. The mission of DAMA Italy is to build in Italy a community of Data Management professionals to promote knowledge and encourage the development of the discipline.
DAMA and TSCAI agree that accurate data organization and management is important not only for private companies but also for public bodies. With a view to creating a Smart Community, it is therefore crucial to promote the culture of Data Management also in Public Administrations, in order to empower each person to become a fundamental resource for the institution to which they belong.
UNIMIB – Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca
The Bicocca University, and in particular the CRIET – Interuniversity Research Center in Territorial Economics, is a scientific research and didactic coordination for the study areas, courses and subjects relating to business economics and thematic areas linked to the development of businesses and the territory.
Bicocca and TSCAI collaborate for: scientific collaboration activities, organization of scientific workshops and conferences, teaching support activities, research and/or consultancy activities on specific topics, continuous managerial training, joint participation in regional, national and international calls for co-financing of research, demonstration and diffusion.
UNIBS – Università degli Studi di Brescia
UniBS is the university of the city of Brescia. TSCAI, together with the Business Administration and the Department of Economics and Management, organize high-level training and master courses for the improvement of professionals’ skills and the training of young graduates.
RETIQA
Retiqua is a network of companies that collaborate through the exchange of information, industrial, commercial, technical and technological services in forms and areas related to their own activities.
Retiqua and TSCAI work together to promote each other’s services, experiences and working methodologies; to support companies in the definition of R&D projects in the Smart City field; to participate each other in in-depth events and meetings on innovation, research and development of companies located on the territory.

MIP – Politecnico di Milano
MIP carries out managerial training activities for graduates of all disciplines and professionals oriented towards the world of business and public administration. MIP and TSCAI collaborate as part of a training course aimed at local administrators, digital transformation managers, innovation managers and service managers on the theme of Innovative Procurement in Smart Cities.
Rainmaking
Rainmaking is committed to facilitating smart and sustainable communities, promoting smart cities markets, accelerating relevant innovations, articulating strategies for smart communities, and helping to implement them. Rainmaking and TSCAI agree that the first generation of “Smart City” jobs has led to many best and worst practices globally and collaborate in the promotion (in Italy) of several masterclasses offered and organized by the Hippodamus Academy.
