Brescia, February 9, 2026 – For the 2025/2026 academic year, TSCAI – Smart City Association Italy once again collaborates with the University of Brescia in the 7th edition of the Advanced Training Course in “Digitalisation of Public Administration”.
The programme is aimed at professionals and public sector practitioners and focuses on the key challenges and opportunities of digital transformation in Public Administration, combining governance, innovation and organisational perspectives.

As part of the course, Raffaele Gareri will deliver two lectures addressing strategic aspects of public and urban innovation. The first, “Procurement management to support digital transformation. Public-private partnerships”, explores the strategic role of public procurement and collaboration between public bodies and private actors as drivers of innovation. The second, “Governance and models for the development of urban innovation pathways”, focuses on governance frameworks and operational models to design and support innovation processes in cities.
TSCAI’s participation in the programme builds on a long-standing collaboration with the University of Brescia and confirms the Association’s commitment to fostering skills and shared visions on digitalisation and innovation within Public Administration.
