Purpose and main contents of the course – Linkedin is a very popular social tool among professionals and in private companies. This tool can also be very useful for administrators, managers and public officials in order to communicate with the insiders but also to disclose the activities, interests and needs of their local authority. It is also an excellent national and international showcase able to quickly grow its own network of partners with which to support and promote the innovation processes of its body. The course will illustrate the most effective techniques to post, share and comment on news and how to use all other powerful tools made available by the Linkedin environment (Slideshare, etc).

Course objectives – Mayors, Councillors, Executives and officials of local authorities who want to effectively communicate their innovation action but who also intend to be part of a community in which to be updated and informed about the main possible partners of their institution.

Method of provision – The basic course is about 8h on average and is delivered to a group of no more than 8 people in order to allow a personalization of the contents. The dates and times are agreed and tendentially the course is delivered at a location indicated by the local authority.
