Raffaele Gareri, President of The Smart City Association (TSCAI), and Monica Bordonali, President of the Executive Board of the Network of Enterprises “Retiqa” signed the memorandum of understanding to start a two-year cooperation between the two organizations.
TSCAI and Retiqa share the objective of promoting opportunities and facilitated finance tools for digitization projects among members of their networks, helping the competitiveness of public and private companies and the development of innovation services in local authorities, with a specific focus in the field of smart city initiatives.
The above objectives will be achieved by undertaking the following activities:
- Meetings for sharing and promoting models and experiences developed by Retiqa and TSCAI members;
- Assistance and support to companies in the definition of R & D projects in the Smart City area in order to benefit from incentives and tax incentives.
“Retiqa will make available to TSCAI companies and local authorities their skills to enable TSCAI members to explore self-financing forms of innovation projects through the application of subsidized finance standards renewed in the 2019 budget law”, comments Monica Bordonali.
