Friday 14 September Raffaele Gareri, President of The Smart City Association (TSCAI), and Maria Moreni, President of Italy China Link Association (ICLA) signed the memorandum of understanding to start a two-year cooperation between the two associations.
TSCAI and ICLA share the objective of promoting the culture of digitization among the members of their networks, helping the competitiveness of public and private enterprises and local authorities, increasing the partnerships between the institutions in China and in Italy, in particular in the field of smart city initiatives.
The above objectives will be achieved by undertaking the following activities:
- to promote the dissemination of the models and experiences developed by the members of ICLA and TSCAI
- to contribute to the development of partnerships between TSCAI and ICLA members
- to support the identification of sources of financing, public or private, to allow the development and cooperation between Italian and Chinese companies and local administrations.
ICLA connects the world of ITALIAN EXCELLENCES and CHINESE EXCELLENCES in any field with the aim of creating interdisciplinary networks and representing the legitimate interests of their associates between institutions and international and national stakeholders in ITALY and CHINA.
The members and support members of ICLA are natural and legal persons, private and public companies that represent the knowledge economy and support competitiveness, innovating and renewing their skills through constant training, managing the change imposed by globalization in a responsible way. and conscious, trying to find a balanced agreement between ecologically sustainable economic development needs and social needs. Associates are people who have distinguished themselves in their work to achieve important results nationally and internationally and benefit from a solid reputation or have long cooperated with the institutional and governmental world.
