{"id":2103,"date":"2019-04-01T11:21:27","date_gmt":"2019-04-01T09:21:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thesmartcityassociation.org\/?p=2103"},"modified":"2019-04-29T12:14:28","modified_gmt":"2019-04-29T10:14:28","slug":"prima-assemblea-tscai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thesmartcityassociation.org\/it\/prima-assemblea-tscai\/","title":{"rendered":"Prima Assemblea TSCAI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il giorno 28 del mese di Marzo, presso la sala riunioni di UPI (Unione Province Italiane) a ROMA, si e\u0300 tenuta la prima Assemblea ordinaria dell\u2019associazione \u201cThe Smart City Association Italy\u201d ad un anno circa dalla nascita della stessa.<\/p>\n<p>Questa \u00e8 stata un\u2019occasione di incontro \u201calla vecchia maniera\u201d, cio\u00e8 <em>vis-a-vis<\/em>, tra tutti i soci 2018 e quelli che stanno per entrare in TSCAI nel 2019, per fare il punto su ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 stato fatto di buono nel 2018 e sul da farsi nel 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Erano presenti 36 persone in rappresentanza di 23 soci su 31 aderenti a TSCAI nel 2018, tant\u2019\u00e8 che non tutti si sono potuti sedere&#8230; ma cosa non si farebbe per la prima Assemblea di TSCAI!!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2100\" src=\"https:\/\/thesmartcityassociation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/assemblea-28mar2019-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thesmartcityassociation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/assemblea-28mar2019-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/thesmartcityassociation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/assemblea-28mar2019-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/thesmartcityassociation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/assemblea-28mar2019-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/thesmartcityassociation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/assemblea-28mar2019.png 1792w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dopo gli onori di casa di Gaetano Palombelli (UPI) e la presentazione di Bas Boorsma del report &#8220;IoT Platforms for Cities&#8221; (cfr. <a href=\"https:\/\/thesmartcityassociation.org\/it\/iot-platforms-for-cities-a-comparative-survey\/\">https:\/\/thesmartcityassociation.org\/it\/iot-platforms-for-cities-a-comparative-survey\/<\/a> ) si \u00e8 accesa la discussione ed il confronto fra tutti i partecipanti sul tema del <em>procurement<\/em> innovativo. \u00a0Si sono susseguiti interventi di Planet Idea, di Fazio, di Martino&amp;Partners, di Infratel, del Comune di Calvisano, etc. coordinati dal Presidente Raffaele Gareri.<\/p>\n<p>Nel mezzo un rapido resoconto delle relazioni internazionali allacciate durante il primo anno di TSCAI: Cina, Vietnam, Germania.<\/p>\n<p>La tipologia degli intervenuti e degli interventi manifesta chiaramente la caratteristica della nostra Associazione: Enti pubblici ed aziende\/imprenditori privati allo stesso tavolo per trovare il modo pi\u00f9 proficuo per \u201cfare smart city\u201d, tenendo ben presente l\u2019esperienza internazionale sul tema.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Action Plan 2019 \u00e8 stato indubbiamente la parte pi\u00f9 importante del pomeriggio, cos\u00ec articolato:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eventi<\/li>\n<li>Formazione<\/li>\n<li>Prodotti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sulla Formazione i contributi e le idee non sono mancate, dall\u2019iniziativa \u201cmettiamo in Comune l\u2019innovazione\u201d avanzata dall\u2019Assessore Marzano di Roma, alla proposta di CSBNO di workshop innovativi nel circuito delle biblioteche ed alla disponibilit\u00e0 di Mondo Digitale di ospitare corsi di formazione TSCAI.<\/p>\n<p>Uno dei keypoint per il 2019, fortemente sottolineato con molto trasporto dal Presidente, \u00e8 l\u2019organizzazione di almeno una Masterclass di TASC (The Academy for Smarter Communities) in Italia o corsi di formazione pi\u00f9 mirati. Ma in questa operazione dovranno essere coinvolti come finanziatori le aziende\/imprenditori di TSCAI, altrimenti il sogno di coinvolgere un buon numero di dirigenti pubblici e privati diventa irrealizzabile, stante i costi della Masterclass.<\/p>\n<p>Questa \u00e8 una partita importante, per dare costrutto alla voce Formazione di TSCAI.<\/p>\n<p>In ultimo, registriamo le dimissioni di Raffaele Gareri dal ruolo di Presidente di TSCAI, causa il nuovo ruolo assunto a met\u00e0 Marzo di Direttore di Area di Roma Capitale.<\/p>\n<p>Ma i membri di TSCAI non si toglieranno dai piedi tanto facilmente l\u2019ideatore e socio fondatore di TSCAI, assolutamente!
